Provence the venue for a private Nathalie Amey wine course and retreat

La Ferme du Bon Dieu venue for our wine course in Provence, France

Provence Wine Education Course and Country Retreat

Not just a wine tour and not just a wine education course, this is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the joys of Provence and learn all you wanted to know about wine at the same time. Sublime country living in an wonderfully renovated 18th century farmhouse, poolside apertifs, wonderful food and companionship for 7 days while Nathalie hosts and conducts the wine course over 5 mornings.

Afternoons will be free for exploring the beauty of Provence in summer as well as a few organised excursions to local wineries and restaurants to sample the best Provence has to offer. What better way to put your newly acquired wine knowledge into practise?

The theme of this wine retreat is to of course learn about wine but we want it to be more than that. It will be a chance to live the dream of a week in Provence, immersing yourself in the fabled culture and countryside. A relaxed informal country house atmosphere, casual al fresco meals, good wine and good conversation, casual excursions to meet, eat and drink with the locals. The chance to do as little or as much as you want.  Come and join us.

La Ferme du Bon Dieu

Welcome to your Provencal home for a special week and we hope you will relax and enjoy the serenity of this special place. You may be wondering where the name of this 17th century farmhouse originated from? The name “La Ferme du Bon Dieu“ actually means the farm of the Good God, or the Good Man. It was the home of a spiritual healer and the people of the area used to come to this place to be blessed and to be healed. Hence the name!

The farmhouse still retains that recuperative , positive sense …and we hope you feel it too during your stay. It’s a peaceful place of wellbeing and restoration of the soul.

The Farmhouse and Surrounds
