French cuisine and French wines are universally acclaimed. As a Frenchwoman, it's like breathing for Nathalie to know instinctively what French wines compliment a French-inspired menu. Using Nathalie's intimate knowledge, you can experience onboard a superb dinner that takes the pairing of fine French wine and French cuisine to new heights.

For a different culinary and wine experience, Nathalie can host a country specific dinner that showcases the best of international wine and food. Selecting the finest wine and food from either Portugal, Croatia or Australia, you will experience dining from these countries at its finest, all onboard the comfort of your yacht. The wine is selected first so as you can maximise your enjoyment and experience of the wine from the country you've selected as the theme for your dinner. In liaison with your chef, Nathalie will design the food menu to compliment the national wine and cuisine. For a truly remarkable wine and dining experience, Nathalie will fly in chefs with international reputations from either Portugal, Croatia or Australia to prepare these truly unique dining events. Wine tasting notes will be provided and if you desire, Nathalie will personally introduce each wine and dish to explain the nuances of the wine and food pairing.

Regional Wine and Food Pairing Dinners

Maybe you have a particular penchant for the wines of Burgundy and you'd like a dinner event created that showcases the wines of Chablis, Bourgogne and Beaujolais? Nathalie will make her selection of fine wines from the region and create a menu of regional dishes to compliment the wines selected. If you have a particular interest in a certain style of wine or region, Nathalie will discuss with you the selection of the wines and the creation of a menu that will beautifully compliment the wines. It will be an unforgetable culinary experience for both you and your guests.
